Reisemoto – a division of Mahansaria Enterprises Private Limited (“Reise Moto”, “we”, “us”, “our / ours”) is providing the website - www.safecode.reisemoto.com and allied digital platforms / applications (“Platform”) wherein Customers, Purchasers, Dealers, and Visitors (Collectively “Users”) avail services provided by Reise Moto particularly in relation to our QR sticker service, which stores emergency contact details for riders.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how the Platform collects, archives stores, adapts, edits, abridges, change, revise, translate, rearrange or modify, distribute or exploit, or uses, and discloses the Personal Information belonging to Users (“you”, “your”, “yours”) when you visit or make a purchase from the Platform.   2. MINORS

    Our Platform and services, including the purchase of QR stickers, are accessible to individuals aged 16 and above.     • Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.

    • Negligence, misconduct, or breach: Any negligence, wilful misconduct, or default by the User in fulfilling their obligations under this Policy.
    • Policy breach: Any breach by the User of the provisions set forth in this Privacy Policy.
    • Intellectual Property infringement: Any infringement by the User of the Intellectual Property Rights of Reise Moto or any third party.

    The indemnification obligation will survive the termination of this Policy and will remain enforceable to cover any liabilities arising during the User's engagement with Reise Moto.

In no event shall Reise Moto be held responsible for any breach of privacy, unauthorized access, or loss of data resulting from the use of the QR stickers.
