This Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) outlines the terms applicable to the purchase and use of QR Stickers provided by brand Reise Moto. By purchasing or using a QR Sticker, User agree to comply with these T&Cs.

This website is operated by Reise Moto, a division of Mahansaria Enterprises Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Reise Moto"). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Reise Moto. Reise Moto offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to User, the user, conditioned upon User’s acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing the QR Stickers (“Product”), User engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following T&Cs including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These T&Cs apply to all users of the site, including without limitation Users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, User agree to be bound by these Terms. If User does not agree to all the terms and conditions stated herein, then User may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to the provisions outlined herein.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to User.

  1. The Products are designed to be affixed to helmets, accessories or vehicles or any surface accessible providing a quick-access QR code linking to emergency contact details. This Product aims to enhance rider safety by facilitating the sharing of critical contact information during emergencies.
  2. By using the Product, User acknowledge that:
    1. The Product is an optional safety feature and does not guarantee assistance from emergency responders or a lifesaving tool
    2. User is solely responsible for maintaining accurate and updated information linked to the QR code.
    3. Reise Moto does not collect, store, or share any personal data directly. The Product facilitates linking information provided by the user.
  3. Reise Moto reserves the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Product or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of Products or services that we offer. All descriptions of Products or Product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue the Product at any time. Any offer for Product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

SECTION 3 - USAGE GUIDELINES

  1. The Product must be affixed to a visible and accessible area of User’s helmet or riding gear.
  2. The User is responsible for ensuring the QR code remains scannable, and the linked information is up to date.
  3. The Product is not a substitute for official identification or medical alert systems.

SECTION 4 - WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Reise Moto disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Product is intended to enhance safety but is not guaranteed to be effective in all emergency situations.

SECTION 5 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. We reserve the right to refuse the service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  2. User hereby agree and understand that User’s information (not including payment credentials), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Please note that payment credentials is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
  3. User agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service or Product, use of the service, or access to the service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

    1. Any damages resulting from the misuse or improper use of the Product.
    2. Inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information linked to the QR code.
    3. Situations where emergency responders are unable or unwilling to scan the QR code.
    4. Any failure to access the QR code or related information due to server downtime, technical issues, connectivity problems, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  2. The Product is provided on an "as-is" basis, with no guarantees of effectiveness or functionality in all scenarios.
  3. In no event shall Reise Moto, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from User’s use of any of the service or Product, or for any other claim related in any way to User’s use of the service or Product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or Product posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

If in our sole judgment User fail, or we suspect that User have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this T&Cs at any time without notice and User will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny User access to our services (or any part thereof).

SECTION 18 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between users and Reise Moto, superseding prior agreements. Ambiguities will not be interpreted against the drafting party.

Reise Moto reserves the right at its sole discretion to update these T&Cs at any time. Users should review the latest version periodically on the website. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised T&Cs.

These T&Cs of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these T&Cs will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
